My promise to you
I will forever strive to live up to the definition in my pursuit of properly informing my visitors on all things health related. Meaning I won’t stop at one aspect of health and hope you figure everything else out on your own.
I’ll do my best to produce articles that touch upon everything and anything you request from me. Ranging from sports performance, to nutritional articles, to physical exercise, and even mental activities to boost your brain power.
Why I created this blog?
I’ve been using the internet, as I’m sure you have as well, for a really long time now. But the one thing I noticed in my countless hours spent looking at health websites is that most of them only address certain “trendy” topics, and do so in an aggressive manner. Too few blogs take a step back and focus holistically on the visitor and ask themselves, “how can we wholly inform our visitor, so that they are not left without critical info?”
Well, that’s my mission, and with your help, I hope to achieve just that! I hope that after some time has passed and I’ve published enough articles, this will be a one stop shop for all things health that you can send your friends to with confidence that they will find what they are looking for.
How you can help me achieve my Goal
We openly welcome all feedback and constructive criticism. Meaning, if you don’t see something on our site that you believe is imperative we publish, we’d be happy to read about it and contemplate writing a post.
We strive to provide as much informational content on health as possible, but I’m also a big fan of the Socratic method, where we discuss topics back and forth with our visitors. We live in a democracy after all! Simply shoot me a message using our Contact Form and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
